- 50ml golden rum

DOOM BAR DAIQUIRI

A beery twist on a classic drink developed by Sharp's beer sommelier, Ed Hughes. The sweetness of the malt from the Doom Bar balances the acidity from the lime and heightens the molasses and caramel in the rum. Find the recipe below.
- Put all ingredients into a shaker with ice
- Shake hard for 10-12 seconds
- Strain, pour into goblet or Martini glass
- Garnish with a slice of lime
